Hey everyone! It’s Workout Wednesday here at Eat. Move. Live. Love and this week we are focusing on tightening and strengthening our core! The moves in this workout are guaranteed to cinch the waistline!
You will be doing 10 sets of each of the exercises in this video. First set you will do 10 repetitions of each, second set will be 9 reps, third set will be 8 reps etc, …until you are down to the last set of 1 rep of each exercise. Complete this workout with little to no breaks.
