This week we have another HIIT workout for you. To get the best result with this workout, you will want to complete it with as little rest as possible. This week we are working our entire body….legs, arms, and abs! Bikini season is just around the corner and this is the perfect workout to help you get ready for the summer sun!
10 Rounds of:
10 push up burpees
10 situps
10 3 way crunches
10 box jumps, squat jumps, or knee taps
10 calf raises
